The 993 Porsche is an automobile series of Porsche AG and the successor of the Porsche 964.

It was the last model of the classic Porsche 911 to use a boxer engine with air cooling.

The engine range of the 993 introduced in 1994 ranges from 200 kW (272 hp) or 210 kW (286 hp) at the Carrera and Targa models, to the turbo model with 300 kW (408 hp).

Smaller percentages on vehicles manufactured for motorsport, the motor power of 221 kW (300 hp) range up to 316 kW (430 hp).
